GENERAL TERMS, PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
General - Clarifications
OUR RATES AND WHAT IS INCLUDED:
All our rates are quoted in Euros. Your Credit card will be charged in Euros.
Prices include all taxes, service charges and meals as indicated for each tour.
Tips/gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, beverages or food not described
in the product's description and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included.
Price quotations are subject to change without prior notice.
If by any chance we advise you with the wrong quotation, we will contact you
To authorize any corrections before we proceed.
PAYMENT TERMS
All Services (Tours, Transfers, hotels e.t.c) must be prepaid, unless indicated otherwise.
Prices on our web site are VALID ONLY for bookings through our web site and prepayment
Prepayment can be either the full amount at once or a deposit at the time of booking
and final payment 25 days prior the service.
Full payment is required for bookings are made within 25 days prior the service
DEPOSIT (down payment):
For Reservation less than Euro 500.00 (total amount) a deposit payment of minimum Euro 100.00 is required at the time of booking.
For Reservations over Euro 500.00 and up to 1,000.00 Euro 150.00 Deposit is Required
For Reservations over Euro 1,000.00 and up to 2,000.00 Euro 200.00 Deposit is Required
For Reservations over Euro 2,000.00 the minimum deposit payment will be no less than Euro 400.00
FINAL PAYMENT:
Will be due no later than 25 days prior the Service booked (Tour, transfer e.t.c).
For your convenience we will collect the balance from the same credit card provided originally to us, for your deposit payment, unless you advise us otherwise.

Bank credit card transaction fees (normally around 3%) are apply for credit card payments
We will absorb the most of this credit card payment cost.
In some cases we find it necessary to charge a supplement of 1% up to 1.5% for bookings, where payment is made by credit card.
BANK PAYMENT:
You can ask your own bank to transfer any payments due into any of our bank accounts.
For your convenience, Travel For Everyone holds accounts in Euro. Please ask us to provide you with our account details.
When paying us through your bank we would ask you to fax or attach to an e-mail proof of this payment which your bank will generally provide you with at the time of the wire transfer.
PRIVACY:
Be assured that all personal details submitted to AllGreeceTours.com and its representatives will under no circumstances be shared with a 3rd party at any time for any reason!
RESESERVATION PROCEDURE / DOCUMENTS
When using our online booking engine, you get instantly your Confirmation of Booking/Bookings
When you send us a request, we will always try to confirm your itinerary straight away.
It is sometimes necessary to allow 24/48 hours for us to be able to receive confirmation from our various suppliers and prepare your confirmation.
Your Voucher will be issued and sent it to you via email when final payments have been made.
Confirmation of your reservation along with vouchers and instructions (when you are traveling in the next 20 days)
will be provided via e-mail once all necessary local arrangements have been made on your behalf.
Confirmation of reservations made over weekends and public holidays may however take slightly longer, unless are last minute bookings and traveling
Within the next 3 days. In that case all necessary information must be provided at once.
Your voucher has to be printed and will be presented to the service provider.
All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking.
All requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by email to AllGreeceTours.com - Travel For Everyone Agency.
AllGreeceTours.com cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don't receive or read carefully your confirmation / voucher.
In case you have not received your voucher, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the date of service.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS:
For last minute bookings (within few days before the service required), we recommend you to use our online booking engine
Providing all necessary information required and get your instant confirmation.

This will ensure a faster service and confirmation from us.
Cancellations and Amendments
CANCELLATIONS FEES
Deposit is non refundable. In case the full payment has been made in advance and the cancellation is made more than 24 days prior the service then the minimum cancellation fee will be the deposit (down payment) is required by the time of booking.
Flexibility: In Special occasions the deposit can be valid for future reservations with AllGreeceTours.com, through the year the original reservation was made.
GENERAL CANCELATION FEES
24 days to 15 days prior arrival 30% of the total cost
14 days to 7 days prior arrival 50 % of the total cost
6 days to arrival 100% of the total cost
UNUSED SERVICES:
Refunds cannot be given for unused services, or for schedule or reservation changes made without our prior authorization.
AMENDMENTS:
After confirming your final travel arrangements and you wish to change or amend your booking, no administration fee will be charged.
However changes are subject to cancellation fees from the hotelier, ferry or airline or coach provider concerned and we reserve the right to charge you these fees accordingly.
For any changes to services booked, you must contact first AllGreeceTours.com, or our local representatives (contacts are stated into your Voucher).
OUR ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTIONS:
We have tried to be as accurate as possible with our descriptions for the accommodations we offer.
Sometimes facilities described, can change by the hotelier without our prior notice. This is unlikely, but it can occur in a small number of cases.
TICKETS
Ferry boat / Hydrofoil / Air tickets booked by us:
Flight and Sea crossings times and tickets are provided by airlines and ferry / hydrofoil suppliers and subject to change or cancellation because of such matters as air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions and technical problems. We can not be held liable for any flight or sea crossing schedule amendments. If an amendment or even cancellation of a flight or sea crossing renders you unable to get to your next destination where we have reserved accommodation for you, we cannot be held responsible for any cancellation fees that may be levied by the accommodation owners. We will however try our utmost to avoid any charges.
